We're looking for a Customer Success Manager with deep crypto expertise who can also act as a strategic advisor and marketing growth partner for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on client interaction, has a strong Web3 network, and knows how to drive tangible growth strategies across trading, token launches, and community building.

You’ll be the go-to person for all client success efforts, responsible for delivering real value — not just answering questions, but building and executing tailored strategies that help clients grow.

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule and lead weekly calls with all active clients to review performance, opportunities, and blockers.

- Develop and present clear, actionable strategies to drive client growth (e.g., trading volume, token adoption, marketing reach).

- Roll out and oversee execution of those strategies with internal and external teams.

- Act as a trusted crypto advisor, offering clients insights on positioning, market trends, and token-related decisions.

- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and optimize client lifetime value.

- Collaborate with internal departments (BD, Marketing, Ops) to align on client goals.

Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in crypto advisory, token marketing, or customer success roles.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful crypto growth strategies.

- Strong personal network in the crypto/Web3 space — projects, influencers, investors, exchanges, etc.

- Excellent communication, planning, and follow-through skills.

Self-starter with the ability to operate in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
