We are building a non-custodial USDC checkout platform for merchants, with a rewards engine as the core business model. Our semi-functional MVP is already in place. Now we need an experienced partner to finalize and implement the system so it can launch with real merchants.

This is not an experiment or a demo. The MVP will be merchant-ready and must handle payments, rewards, fee capture, onboarding, and compliance from day one. We will only consider candidates who have already built crypto checkout/payment systems and loyalty or rewards engines.

We expect this to be scalable and flexible. You should be comfortable iterating fast, adding new features post-MVP, and pivoting scope based on compliance, merchant feedback, or growth opportunities.

Core MVP Scope:

Wallet-to-wallet USDC checkout (Solana / Polygon / Base) with merchant QR generation.

Non-custodial fee deduction: platform fee automatically taken at checkout.

Gas UX: seamless first-time experience (airdrop small native token for gas).

Off-chain rewards ledger with referral logic, tiered incentives, and payout thresholds.

Consumer dashboard: track rewards balance, request payouts once thresholds are met, purchases, etc.

Fraud/abuse prevention logic.

Merchant sign-up with business info, contact verification, payout wallet, and license upload, among other things.

Merchant dashboard: sales overview, QR management, ability to set/edit sales tax %, stored per transaction for reporting.

Real-time blockchain monitoring.

Admin dashboard: transaction monitoring, search/export, manual overrides, compliance/fraud flags.

Post-MVP Phases (Future Work):
We are looking for someone who can grow with us beyond the MVP. Planned phases may include:

Wallet-less payment flows with reduced rewards.

Expanded reward types (BTC/ETH off-chain, category-specific boosts).

Staking and advanced loyalty mechanics.

Deeper compliance integrations (full KYC, custody solutions).

Advanced merchant analytics and promo engine.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience launching crypto checkout/payment systems (wallet-to-wallet, non-custodial).

Built or integrated rewards/loyalty engines tied to user or merchant activity.

Skilled in smart contract frameworks (Solidity, Rust, OpenZeppelin, Anchor, etc.).

Strong full-stack skills for dashboards and backend logic.

Comfortable with real-time monitoring integrations.

Understands compliance basics: KYC, sales tax/VAT, anti-fraud measures.

Able to balance technical detail with product mindset, and iterate as business needs shift.

Note on tech stack: We have a preferred stack already in place for the MVP. Access to the repo, design files, and staging demo will be provided to qualified candidates after initial screening and before submitting a final proposal.
