1. Summary

We’re looking for a top-level Solana blockchain developer for a high-paced project focused on meme coins, trading bots, and launchpad integrations. If you have not actually built trading and swapping solutions on Solana, this post is not for you.

We’re ONLY considering real experts with:
- Hands-on experience with Solana programs, on-chain swaps, and trading automation
- Deep knowledge of Solana DEXs (Jupiter, Raydium, Orca, etc.) and trading APIs
- Experience building, optimizing, and shipping trading bots (preferably for meme coins or high-frequency use cases)
- Up-to-date understanding of launchpads, tokenomics, liquidity pools, sniping, and MEV strategies
- Strong understanding of fast transaction execution, private RPCs, and latency optimization on Solana
- Proven history with wallet integrations (Phantom, Solflare, etc.), SPL tokens, token mints, and cross-program invocations

You must be able to:
- Take the lead on new trading bot features and integrate DEXs and aggregators
- Build, test, and optimize transaction flows for maximum speed and reliability
- Advise on and implement the latest trading trends (sniping, copy-trading, frontrunning prevention, etc.)
- Collaborate on architecture, security, and UX for trading platforms
- Communicate clearly, deliver on deadlines, and show a track record of finished projects (please provide links or verifiable evidence)

DO NOT APPLY IF:
- You have never shipped a Solana trading bot or DEX swap solution
- Your experience is only academic or you’ve only played with testnets or tutorials
- You’re not familiar with the current meme coin, launchpad, and trading meta
