Trading Bot and Strategy Developer (Crypto & Multi-Asset)

About the Role
Seeking a skilled trading developer to build automated trading bots and strategy testers primarily for crypto markets, with optional extension to forex and equities. This role requires strong market insight to design robust trading strategies adaptable to volatile markets, with scripting supported by AI tools.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop algorithmic trading strategies based on market behavior and volatility analysis.

Develop, test, and optimize trading bots in Pine Script (TradingView) and other relevant platforms.

Collaborate with AI-assisted coding tools to generate, refine, and implement automated trading scripts.

Backtest strategies using historical data and simulate performance under different market conditions.

Support deployment and monitoring of trading bots on multiple exchanges/instruments.

Continuously improve strategies based on performance data and changing market dynamics.

Qualifications
Strong understanding of financial markets, technical analysis, and volatility metrics.

Experience in automated trading strategy development, preferably with crypto and/or forex/stock markets.

Familiarity with Pine Script, Python or similar coding languages a plus; AI-assisted scripting experience beneficial.

Ability to develop, backtest, and optimize strategies for consistent performance in changing markets.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Previous experience with trading bot platforms and APIs advantageous.
